The old lime plaster in this bedroom had come to the end of it’s life and was failing, cracks were everywhere and it had
blown in large areas. It was deemed sensible to remove it all and re-plaster.
All of the walls except for the chimney breast were ‘dot and dabbed’ with plaster board but the chimney breast itself
was rendered in sand and cement in case the customer ever decided to open up and re-use the fireplace.
