The walls in this property were cracked all over like crazy paving, the old lime plaster had lost its bond with the
brickwork and blown which caused the cracking. Skimming on top of this would have led to cracks re-appearing so
either 'dotting and dabbing' plasterboard or floating and setting is the only solution here, either way the old plaster has
to come off.
